Lifetime Warranty – HDMI and DisplayPort Cables

We offer a lifetime warranty for all HDMI and DisplayPort cables. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your cable fails due to quality issues, we will replace it free of charge.

2-Year Warranty – All Other Products

All other TIVEIN products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This includes items such as USB cables, docking stations, chargers, adapters, and other electronic accessories. The warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product failures under normal usage

  • Non-functioning or malfunctioning components due to quality issues

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Wear and tear from regular use

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
